Privacy Policy
Effective June 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PGBDIC LLC (“we”) handles information in connection with LostToAI.com (the “Site”). The Site publishes information drawn from public records; this policy concerns information about you, the visitor.
1. What we collect
If you subscribe to updates, we collect:
- the email address you provide;
- basic signup context you choose by where you sign up — for example the page or topic (state, city, or job category) and standard campaign tags (UTM parameters);
- the date and time of your consent.
You can browse the Site without subscribing.
2. How we use it
We use your email and signup context only to send you the updates you requested and to understand, in aggregate, which topics readers follow. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
3. Cookies and analytics
The Site aims to use minimal cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will update this policy to describe what is collected and why. We do not use the Site to build advertising profiles.
4. Service providers
We use reputable third-party providers to host the Site, store subscriber records, and (if configured) deliver email. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
5. No sale of personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect subscriber data, including access controls so that subscriber records are not publicly readable. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your subscriber information, contact privacy@losttoai.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
8. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for a general, adult, professional audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
